1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing MorphicAI and its related services!

MorphicAI and its related services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") are intelligent conversation and other related services provided by LIU PENG through websites, applications, and other forms. The Service uses intelligent conversation as its core function, providing information retrieval, content generation, and other intelligent services based on your needs.

This User Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and LIU PENG.

2. Service Content and Standards

2.1 Target Users

This Service is primarily intended for adult users. If you are under 18 years old, please read this agreement with the accompaniment of your legal guardian and use this Service only after obtaining your guardian's consent. MorphicAI recognizes the importance of protecting underage users and will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations, incorporating industry best practices to implement necessary protective measures. Meanwhile, we also urge guardians to actively fulfill their supervisory responsibilities, reasonably guide minors to use this Service correctly, and jointly create a healthy and safe online environment. Through scientific management and appropriate supervision, help minors develop good internet habits and avoid excessive dependence on or addiction to the internet.

2.2 Service Description

MorphicAI is an intelligent assistant developed based on advanced artificial intelligence technology, providing you with conversational interaction, information retrieval, content creation, and other services. Please note that content generated by MorphicAI is for reference only and should not be used as professional advice. For questions involving medical, legal, financial, and other professional fields, please be sure to consult professionals in the relevant fields.

2.3 Health Consultation Disclaimer

Health-related consultation services provided by MorphicAI are for reference only and do not constitute medical diagnosis or advice. Any health-related decisions should be made under the guidance of professional doctors. We do not assume responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of this service.

3. User Account Standards

3.1 Account Registration

You can register for a MorphicAI account using your mobile phone number. Your mobile phone number and verification code are your credentials for using this Service.

The account name you set must not violate national laws and regulations, public order and morals, social ethics, our management regulations, or be likely to cause confusion between your identity and ours. Otherwise, your account may not be successfully registered, or we have the right to actively modify or cancel the account.

You need to provide true, accurate, legal, and valid information as required, and confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement and other relevant rules and policies. If the information you submit contains falsehoods, inaccuracies, incompleteness, or other non-compliant aspects, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the information you provide is untrue or illegal, we have the right to refuse to provide you with relevant functions or services. This may result in your inability to use this software and related services normally, or some functions may be restricted.

Please keep your account information safe, as it is an important credential for accessing and using this Service. This account is limited to your personal use and cannot be transferred, gifted, or inherited.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for properly safeguarding your personal account, password, and verification code, and ensuring their security and confidentiality. You need to bear full legal responsibility for all operations and actions carried out in your account's name, including but not limited to data modifications, statement publications, payment transactions, and other possible legal consequences in this software and related services. Please be sure to highly value the protection of your account, password, and verification code, and avoid disclosing them to others under any circumstances.

If you are unable to use your account normally due to account loss, password forgetting, or verification code leakage, you can submit an appeal request to us for recovery. You need to understand and agree that when we verify appeal information, we will only compare the consistency of the appeal materials with system records, but cannot fully confirm whether the appellant is the actual holder of the account. Therefore, please properly safeguard your account, password, and verification code, and ensure safe logout after use. If your account is stolen, password lost, or verification code leaked due to improper safekeeping, you need to bear the relevant responsibilities arising therefrom.

Do not impersonate others to register accounts or use this Service, nor create accounts maliciously through frequent registration, batch registration, or other methods. If you find that your account is being used illegally or there are other security issues, please notify us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you in dealing with the relevant issues.

3.3 Account Cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time. After cancellation, your account data will not be recoverable. Please understand that even if you have cancelled your account, you still need to bear the corresponding legal responsibility for your behavior during the use of this software and related services.

If you need to cancel your account, you can apply according to the corresponding process.

4. User Behavior Standards

4.1 When using this Service, you should comply with laws and regulations and must not engage in the following behaviors:

  • Endangering national security, leaking state secrets
  • Spreading false information, disrupting social order
  • Infringing on others' intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and other legitimate rights and interests
  • Disseminating illegal, violent, pornographic, or other harmful information
  • Conducting network attacks or actions that compromise system security
  • Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations

4.2 Information Content Standards

  • Comply with laws, regulations, and social ethics
  • Respect the legitimate rights and interests of others
  • Do not contain false or misleading content
  • Do not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
  • Do not violate public order and good morals

5. Intellectual Property

All content in this Service, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, button icons, audio and video clips, as well as software, is protected by intellectual property laws.

You explicitly understand and agree that the ownership of content generated or processed by you through this Service belongs to you, but we retain all intellectual property rights to the Service itself and its technology, algorithms, programs, etc.

6. Service Changes, Interruptions, or Termination

6.1 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, update, or adjust this Service at any time, including but not limited to adjusting function design, operation methods, service content, etc. The changed content will be notified to you through the Service interface or other appropriate means, and you can view the latest version on the corresponding page. If you continue to use this Service, it is deemed that you accept the relevant changes.

    • Up to 2M tokens/month

All plans include our standard features and 2 million tokens per month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. For more details about our subscription terms, please refer to our Refund Policy.

7.2 Token Calculation Rules

Tokens are the units used to measure the usage of our AI models. For token calculation:

  • We will use OpenAI's token calculation rules as the standard
  • We only calculate large model outputs, not user inputs
  • For calculating large model outputs, we use the open-source tool @microsoft/tiktokenizer

7.3 Cancellation Rights

Customers have the right to cancel the agreement and return the product within 14 days after purchase. A full refund is available only if the user has consumed less than 1/10 of their monthly token allocation.
